Next, I tried changing the repository to the standard <a href="http://mirror.ctan.org/systems/texlive/tlnet" class="">http://mirror.ctan.org/systems/texlive/tlnet</a> (which actually gave me the repository at <a href="http://math.utah.edu" class="">math.utah.edu</a>). Now things seem to be better: I’m getting a pop-up saying that first TeXLive Manager needs to be updated.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">I click the Update the TexLive Manager button, which completes successfully.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">I restart TexLive Manger 2017, click the Update all installed button.
