I tried on a vanilla TeX Live on Fedora and on TeX Live/Debian 2016,<br>
the result is as expected in both cases.<br></blockquote></div><div class="gmail_extra"><br></div>also works: TeX Live 2017 and "<span style="font-variant-ligatures:no-common-ligatures;font-family:Monaco">TeX Live 2013/Debian" </span>on Ubuntu 14.04 </div>
