      I have been using texlive for a decade or so on linux systems.

      I just tried to install with the netinstaller. When evoking "sh

      install-tl" in the shell, I get the following reaction<br>

        install-tl: line 23: syntax error near unexpected token `('<br>

        install-tl: line 23: `$svnrev =~ m/: ([0-9]+) /;'</tt></p>

    <p><tt>So, in my lay considerations, this seems to be a bug.</tt></p>
