<div dir="ltr">The TeX from your Linux distro is before TeX from TL in your PATH. Change the order and it will work. clearly, it should call /usr/share/texlive/***2016***/texmf-dist/web2c/mktexnam<br>
instead. (i fixed my compilation by running > mktextfm larm1200; directly)<br>
