The tikz-cd package was not packaged correctly.  It is now a generic<br>
package that works in latex, plain tex, and context.  Hence, files<br>
should be placed in the following paths:<br>

tikzlibrarycd.code.tex ---> $TEXMF/tex/generic<br>
tikz-cd.sty ---> $TEXMF/tex/latex<br>
documentation ---> $TEXMF/doc/generic<br>
