There was nothing left in it. That was the whole goal I was aiming for :).<br>

</div>pdfcolor.tex is the only one that is now gone, all others were moved<br>
(idxmac.tex got omitted from last night's update by mistake, should be<br>
back tonight).<br>

When I looked at pdfcolor.tex, it is clearly an example document, not<br>
something that someone would want to \input (much less \include), since<br>
it redefines \makeheadline and \makefootline, among other things.<br>
Therefore should not be in the runtime. I will restore it to the pdftex<br>
documentation, where it belonged in the first place, when I update that<br>
later this year.<br>

If you think there's a mistake somewhere in there, just let me know.<br>
I didn't intend to actually affect anyone's documents.<br>
