<div>I'm working with texlive under Windows. Before updating texcount from version 26313 (2.3) to 31323 (3.0) everything worked perfect (I'm working with texcount.exe in the bin/win32 folder). Now I get the following error message:</div>

<div>There is also a "tex.stackexchange" question handling this problem, but not really an answer.</div>
