To those of us who are not steeped in the culture of open source
software development, apparently not. To me, that sentence says,
"Norbert Preining is creating a tlptexlive repository for TeX Live
2011 that will result in an added Japanese patch to ptexlive, Tex
Live 2011, and such." It isn't clear to me that the repository from
which ordinary users are directed to update is a directory of code
not yet finalized.<br>
