    Hello!<br>

    After replacing teTeX installation with TL-2011, I can no longer

    process a file with:<br>

    <blockquote><tt>\usepackage[utf-8]{inputenc}</tt><br>

    </blockquote>

    in it... The error is:<br>

    <blockquote><tt>! LaTeX Error: File `utf-8.def' not found.</tt><br>

    </blockquote>

    The work-around is to sym-link the entire <tt>/texlive/texmf-dist/doc/generic/t2/etc/utf-8/*</tt>

    to the current directory...<br>

    This was definitely not a problem with teTeX (as installed by the

    FreeBSD port, at least), nor even with an <i>earlier</i> TL, that I

    tried a few years ago.<br>
