Live from CD with all russian-related options, but unfortunately I can't perform
spell-checking in russian by Ispell. I use AUC Tex under NTEmacs, WinXP Pro.
Ispell works with english (default), francais and deutsch dictionaries, but when
I select russian dictionary it reports "Can't open /usr/local/lib/russian^M^M".
At the same time, files russian-win.hash.gz and russian-koi8r.hash.gz is located
in directory C:\Program Files\TeXLive\texmf\ispell along other
dictionaries.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
