been installing and using TeXLive on Windows for several years with hardly a
glitch. Now I have started playing with (Redhat 9) Linux and so wanted to
install TeX there too; surprisingly, the distro lacks it.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

the instruction on the TeXLive 2003 inst CD and installed it without any
problem. But subsequently I discovered two things:</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

download teTeX (2.0.2-8) RPM file(s) from the Web and install it
conveniently as RPMs are a lot easier to install (so I

provide an RPM to anyone who wants it.</SPAN></FONT></LI></UL>
<DIV><FONT face="Comic Sans MS" size=2><SPAN class=817182211-01042004>Therefore,

me on how to uninstall TeXLive on Linux so that I can install an RPM (and, no

teTeX RPM? Of course, I do not want to bother you if it is older than
