[tex-live] bug install-tl?

The installer is actually a Perl script, hence the error. :)

[paulo at cambridge install-tl-20180102] $ file install-tl
install-tl: Perl script text executable

You can run it with either ./install-tl (it already has the +x flag) or 
with perl install-tl.
