Done, should be in tomorrows tlmgr.

	tlmgr info <collection>
	tlmgr info <scheme>

gives now not empty sizes, but the *accumulated* size:

	$ tlmgr info collection-context
	...
	sizes:       137793k
	...

Note that:
* same-level deps are not included, that is, if there is
  a collection depending onto another (we have these cases),
  the size of the later is not included! Same for schemes.
* don't trust the sizes to the bytes ;-)
