[tex-live] Language definitions in babel-english

Dear all,

I've just updated my installation of TeXlive 2017 and have a minor issue
with my multi-lingual letter format in Koma-Script 'scrlttr2'.

Until now I had 'USenglish' and 'UKenglish' in the list of selectable
languages (among others), but 'pdflatex' refused to find 'USenglish.ldf'
and 'UKenglish.ldf'. There are, however, both files in all-lowercase
'usenglish.ldf' and 'ukenglish.ldf'. The language selectors themselves
are unchanged, so all I had to do is adjust the list of options in
'anschrift.lco' for Koma-Script.

Is this to be expected after the recent round of package updates? I did
not find anything in this respect for 'babel-english' on the
CTAN-Announcements list nor in the Babel documentation.
