[tex-live] Feature request: "package dependency" field on CTAN

Hi Joseph,
where would you consider this post to be published?We have the help pages on www.ctan.org with various aspects already. It might fit in there. I'd be pleased to have more such pieces of useful information.

Do you want a blog post on this? I can probably write something helpful,
not just from the CTAN data angle.
