[tex-live] TL2016 algorithm2e.sty encoding

Hmm.

When running a file in LaTeX we got the same error. We already had

\usepackage[utf8]{inputenc}

Probably not associated with TeXLive but a problem with the package. 
Have added the package maintainer to the thread.
