[tex-live] extractbb can not read the pdf file generated by mutool

    The xref table in the [mu]pdf file is as follows and there is an
    empty line in front of the trailer. This is why extractbb fails.

Thanks for the report and patch.  Just eyeballing it, it looks ok to me
(except having spaces around if conditions, etc., would be nice :).

Akira, wdyt?  Would you like to install it if it seems ok to you too?
