[tex-live] Conflict between luatex/babel/luainputenc

Without fontspec and without luainputenc it uses

LMRoman10-Regular  Type 1C

and with fontspec it uses

LMRoman10-Regular-Identity-H   CID Type 0C

However, using fontspec should be the default and then there is
no need for luainputenc
