[tex-live] Pretest: perl coredumps

Hi,

With today's pretest, after trying to load the default reopsitory, I
got:

/usr/local/texlive/2016/bin/amd64-freebsd/tlmgr: connection problems,
cannot download: download did not succeed:
http://ctan.altspu.ru/systems/texlive/tlnet/tlpkg/texlive.tlpdb.sha512
Bus error (core dumped)
