[tex-live] RIP Peter Breitenlohner

Oh.  That is deeply saddening news.  Peter's work on e-TeX was (and is)
fundamental to the way that most of us use TeX today, and his knowledge
of TeX internals was second to none (even DEK said that Peter probably
knew more than he did when we met with him in Stanford some years back).
 He will be very much missed by all who knew him and by many who never
had that pleasure.

R.I.P. Peter.
