[tex-live] Misplaced file from package francais-bst

I noticed after removing a local copy of my package francais-bst that one file is misplaced in TeX Live. The file

	$TEXMFHOME/doc/bibtex/francais-bst/francaisbst.tex

should rather be in 

	$TEXMFHOME/tex/latex/francais-bst/francaisbst.tex

since it is used by BibTeX. The package does not have documentation other than the README file.
