[tex-live] Uploading packages to CTAN

Hi all,

I have submitted a package to CTAN a year ago but still there is no
response. Who can tell me to go about this?

For TeX Live I want to add a lot of OFL OTF fonts for quality running
texts. Fonts with typically a regular, bold, italic and bol italic type.

For that I need to make more CTAN submission. Perhaps someone in the TeX
Live community would like to help me reviewing the submission in order
to go smooth and reach TeX Live distro eventually.
