It offers the same set of programs in the pdftools package
as in other architectures (plus one more: pdfdde). The man
pages are the same for all architectures, though they seem
to be incorrect, at least for the windows programs:
   pdfopen/close file.pdf
doesn't work, requiring
   pdfopen/close --file file.pdf
The correct syntax is displayed by
   pdfopen --help
Brief testing shows them working as expected/documented:
pdfopen opens a pdf file and pdfclose closes it, provided
it was opened with pdfopen (Win 7, Reader version 11.0.07).

Both seem to be wrappers for pdfdde.exe
