Yes, I forgot to update one of the four places.  Should be fixed
tonight.  Do all those names really have to change on every update? 
As you've seen, it's quite error-prone.

    Second, grepping through German patterns in package hyph-utf8

To the best of my knowledge, TL is up to date wrt CTAN's hyph-utf8.
I didn't investigate further.
