[tex-live] Serious (?) problem with Babel and language attributes

I get iюня. The я at the end of the word is strange. The good news is
that I get it with both texlive 2013 and 2014.

> \languageattribute{russian}{ancient}

This gives me июня in both texlive 2013 and 2014.



Don't know what to conclude from this.
