actually, several of the files _do_ have free licences (lppl, in all the
cases i've looked), but equally there are several that have no licence
statement at all.

when writing the original catalogue entry, i presumably missed the files
that had no licence statment.  for tl purposes, "no licence" is
equivalent to "non-free licence".

i've updated the catalogue entry in the repository to say "noinfo",
which serves for this situation.  the new catalogue page will appear
overnight (or something, i'm not absolutely sure about timings).
