[tex-live] Files for non-free fonts missing from new TeX-Live package of mathdesign[v 2.31]

As discussed ... mdugm is not included in the mathdesign package
currently in TL.  So these things you are reporting are expected.

Since installing the files from CTAN is proving so painful, I suggest
simply waiting until I get TL updated again.  It shouldn't be too long,
one way or another.  Unless you are too desperate to wait, in which case
you'll just have to work through the manual installation.
