[tex-live] Wrong directory separator for bib files on Windows

Philip,

Many thanks for the prompt response!

In fact, this turned out to be my fault; I removed all TEXMF*
variables, but found that I set BIBINPUTS for AUCTEX of Emacs.
The results from 'kpsewhich -show-path=bib' shows the value of this variable.

Now it works without any problem.
