[tex-live] xdvi not in texlive 2013 for Windows

Of course they should not, Linux (and Mac users can use Xdvi just fine).

That is not the issue.  In fact, I do use pdflatex.  However, when I produce a dvi file I'd like to look at it.  Why does texlive has config files and placeholders for xdvi?  They should be removed.

I used to also just work with xdvi on my linux box, but made the switch to a purely pdflatex based setup after I got Evince to support synctex.

There is excellent "dviout" for windows instead of xdvi.
