It's much better to use the network installer.

Now you've downloaded the ISO image twice and if you run "tlmgr update
--all", zillions of packages will be downloaded again.

The network installer already installs an up-to-date TeX Live.  It
also uses MD5 checksums and can recover from tranmission errors.
