[tex-live] How to use MFTOEPS? (noob)

Hello. I am new to the TeX world. I have installed TuxLive 2011 on 
Kubuntu Oneiric (11.10).

I am wondering how to execute mftoeps which is included with the 
distribution but since there are no DOS batch files which the creator of 
the package has mentioned at www.tug.org/TUGboat/tb16-4/tb49jack.pdf.

Can anyone please help me? Thanks.
