[tex-live] Windows installer of Tex Live 2012 pretest points still to Tex Live 2011 repository?

Thanks for the hint, I didn't consider the new version of updmap.

This would be useful and I hope that it's not completely lost.  An
upgrade from TL-2011 would save a lot of network traffic and time.
