[tex-live] Help needed

Hi guys, I was trying to run the command
tlmgr update --all
but I received the message:

The release version of the installation source and the installation media
do not agree: source: 2011, media: 2009
Please fix your location
http://mirror.math.ku.edu/tex-archive/systems/texlive/tlnet at
/usr/texbin/tlmgr line 3929.

This means that I should open /usr/texbin/tlmgr and change the line 3929
with http://mirror.math.ku.edu/tex-archive/systems/texlive/tlnet ?
