[tex-live] Missing PDF docs for vowel.sty

Hi I have a package pst-vowel which adds functionality to vowel.sty.  It seems that only the documentation source for vowel.sty is present and not the compiled PDF. 

This  has two consequences: texdoc finds pst-vowel instead of vowel, and my documentation (which refers to the documentation for vowel.sty) isn't very helpful since there's no simple way to find the vowel.sty docs.

I'm not sure if this is the place to report this.
