[tex-live] Ubuntu update to 11.10 while texlive 2011 is installed independently

build/use the equivs package to tell Ubuntu that these dependencies have 
been meet. Then you do not need to install anything TeX related from 
Ubuntu, and Kile and Emacs will install just fine.
