[tex-live] Messed up TL installation

As said, there would have been no need to have re-installed everything,
the above chown would have made it available to you.

Probably you now have two copies, one under /usr/local/texlive/2011,
and one under ~/texlive/2011.

If you only use the one in ~/texlive/2011, you can delete the one in 
/usr/local
