[tex-live] Suggestion for xelatex.ini (enlarging math families from 16 to 256)

IIRC, unicode-math have some code for that, if it can be extracted to a
standalone package so it is usable without unicode-math, that would be
great, else a new package should be OK and may be unicode-math can just
use it.
