[tex-live] Win 7: installationproblems, Perl stopped working

Of course, it would be better with

Perl programme: bla (no extension)

plus ending the bat file with a 'pause'.

Then it works fine on my 32-bit laptop.

I'll test on a 64-bit when I get a hold of one.
