[tex-live] problem updating with tlcritical

I just installed tlmgr from tlcritical on Mac OS X and tried to update
(using TeX Live Utility).  The updated failed badly.  Is tlcritical
dedicated to TL 2011 now?  I've included tlmgr version and example
output below.
