[tex-live] tlmgr gui is not working SOLVED

Perl-Tk is too much dependent on the version of perl. Once I installed
perl-Tk from CPAN while perl itself came with the Linux distro. The
result was that perl-Tk did not work because it assumed different
version of perl. In your case probably "yum update" would be better.
Fedora maintainers certainly care about having everything in
compatible versions. While dependencies should solve correct update, I
would rather update everything.
