[tex-live] pgf

The pgf in TeXlive-2010 seems to be

pgf 2008/01/15 v2.10 (rcs-revision 1.12)

But this has a bug that's been reported upstream:

There's no sign of action toward fixing the bug.

The Fedora-14 version of texlive-2010 has a 

texlive-pgf-2010-2.2.00.svn15878.fc14.noarch.rpm 

that reports itself as

pgf 2008/01/15 v2.00 (rcs-revision 1.12)

and doesn't have the bug. Is it possible to revert to an earlier version
using tlmgr or do I have to install the older version by hand in a local
texmf tree?
