[tex-live] dvisvgm crashed: Windows/TexLive (10 and 11) +babel[russian]

I cannot reproduce the problem.
The test of dvisvgm 1.0.8 on an old w2k:

Maybe you are on the vista or windows 7.
I'll test on windows 7 when I have time.
