[tex-live] Inproper location of file l7xenc.dfu in package lithuanian

Hello,

It is request for the file  

  l7xenc.dfu 

move in TeXLive 2011 (as TeXLive 2010 is already frozen) from doc files: 

  texmf-dist/doc/latex/lithuanian/l7xenc.dfu

to run files:

  texmf-dist/tex/latex/lithuanian/
