[tex-live] urlbst Script?

Very true, but if you, say, had some custom-bib configuration
files that you used to generate .bst files, and then wanted to
modify those to add the @webpage and field support that urlbst
supplies, having the script in a runnable location makes it
possible to have source that anyone can build.  (Guess what I need
to do!)

Also, in theory you can modify any existing .bst file, so you
might want to do that for something that isn't included in the
distribution.  (Obviously that won't help you if you then try to
submit a paper using your modified .bst file to a publication, but
if it's something you're publishing yourself, it could be handy.)
