[tex-live] Problems with finding files e.g. dinbrief on Ubuntu 10.10

You are using the wrong kpsetool, namely the one distributed by
Ubuntu.

You have to adjust your PATH so that the binaries from the TeX Live 2010
installation are found *BEFORE* the ones in /usr/bin, i.e. you have
to add the bin dir of TeX Live at the *BEGINNING* of the $PATH
