[tex-live] Missing long descriptions for collections-lang{italian, spanish, portuguese}

Hi!

I have noticed that some of the Debian texlive-lang-* packages have a
different description structure than the others. Namely, the packages
for the support of Italian, Portuguese and Spanish are missing the first
sentence:
Support for typesetting $LANG
(see http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=613661).
I was told that the metadata used to build these packages are
automatically generated from upstream. Looking at the TeXLive sources, I
noticed that the files describing:
- collection-langitalian
- collection-langportuguese
- collection-langspanish
do not contain any longdesc field.

I do not think that this justifies me asking for commit rights.
Therefore I am daring to send you a patch against revision 21523 that
adds to these files these long descriptions following the style of the
other language collections. I hope this is the right way.

Best regards,

	Cédric
