[tex-live] spurious pstricks error in Miktex 2.9 disappears in TexLive 2011

Daniel is struggling with the problem for some time and has sent
informations to various groups (and I'm the "Ulrich" who suggested
Daniel to test TeXLive). As far as I understand  the pstricks in
pdf's  are faulty (e.g. rules are misplaced), but the misplacements
change with every compilation and look rather random. I couldn't
reproduce the problem on my miktex. For me it doesn't look like a
problem with (pstricks-)file versions but more like a problem with
the pipe from xdvipdfmx to ghostscript.
