[tex-live] mpost doesn't find format files

Thanks Taco, for really quick action.

Because MetaPost is vitally important for me, I was doggedly looking 
for "first aid", found a machine with an installation of TL dating back 
to March. The format files still existed. I transfered them from there 
and so I can proceed :-))
