[tex-live] Is it a bug of amsldoc.pdf?

The version in TeX Live is adapted for A4.  The increased
\textheight leads to less pages.  I doubt that something is missing.

Probably because tables are floating objects and where they appear
depends on layout parameters (like \textheight).
