It never hurts to remake the filename db.

I can't imagine why else the file would not be found, since it exists.
Perhaps those "unwind" errors you are seeing stopped the normal ls-R remake
from happening.

    That is less simple than it sounds : 

I know.  Sorry about that.  Happily, since you have the file, it's not
necessary.  So forget that.
